Jay is an IT Support Specialist at Evolve FM (Facility Management), Canberra. He started working at Evolve FM in September 2019 and secured a role of IT Support Specialist. Within three months of his employment, he was awarded with Employee of the Month Award at Evolve FM. He works on various project for the growth of the company. Jay’s key responsibilities include the following:

• ICT recommendation/Policies for business

• IT Vendor Contract Management

• Asset Management of company’s IT equipment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint

• Evaluate cyber-attacks and prevention of malicious emails to staff (Phishing/Spam/Malware)

• IT/Data Security: Improving overall Information Security.

• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

• Assisting staff with general IT queries & change management.

• Printer Management and troubleshooting printer errors

• Configuring computers and laptops for staff members/new starters

• Performing safety and maintenance check on IT equipment (Hardware and Software)

• Define business requirements, preparing case studies and reporting them back to stakeholders

• Maintaining the teleconferencing equipment
